DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
We have cargo and installation services for the products you will buy from NERA MOBILIA.
As a transportation and installation company, our teams, consisting of expert and experienced personnel working only in furniture, carry out delivery and installation.
CONDITIONS
Free Delivery service covers all city centers.
In towns and villages far from the city centres, there may be a difference in shipping fees.
Calculation of the price difference is made by considering the size, features and installation costs of the ordered product.
Free delivery to all of Turkey is not possible for discounted models within the campaign.
The buyer is obliged to learn the delivery and installation conditions of the product he ordered by calling the NERA MOBILIA customer representative.
Our free delivery and installation conditions are valid up to the 3rd floor of the building to be delivered. There is a 50 TL transportation difference per floor and per product for floors 4 and higher.
If the delivery is made using the elevator inside the building, no floor difference fee is charged. However, if the building elevator and indoor stairs are not suitable for transportation, a freight elevator is installed outside the building and the transportation process is carried out. The freight elevator fee that will appear here varies between 200-400 TL on average and is paid by the buyer.
Whether the indoor stairs and doors are suitable for transportation should be specified by the buyer when ordering. If the products ordered from the building or room door do not fit, the responsibility belongs to the customer.
If the installation will not take place, deliveries are made free of charge up to the outer door of the building. Since the vehicle to be transported may grow depending on the size of the furniture to be purchased, in cases where it is not possible to reach the address where the delivery will be made by a large vehicle due to physical conditions, terrain and road conditions, orders are left at the nearest central point with the knowledge and approval of the customer.
